Services

Your company grew. Your systems did not.

I find where your business loses time and money. Then I close the leak.

What you usually get

Consultants and agencies

  • Most consultants hand you a report and leave.
  • Most agencies build you software nobody asked for.

Either way, you are still the one holding the problem.

What you get here

Working with me

  • You explain the business. I do the rest.
  • You deal with me directly, from the first call to the last thing built.

Find the money. Close the leak.

What I do

Four kinds of work. Most jobs need more than one.

Analysis and consulting

Before anything gets built, I work out where the money is actually going and what it is worth fixing. This part decides whether the rest is worth doing at all.

Where the money goes · A staged scope · A second opinion

Process and operations

The order the work happens in, who is allowed to decide what, and the numbers that tell you afterwards whether it worked.

Workflows · Rules and approvals · Dashboards · Written handover

Automation and AI

The repeat work stops needing a person. Systems talk to each other, documents read themselves, and answers arrive at any hour.

Tools connected · Documents read · Assistants that answer · A knowledge base

Software and web

When nothing off the shelf fits, I build it. The portal, the board, the checkout, and the site people actually find.

Client portals · Job boards · Checkout and booking · Sites people find

How it changes

What changing actually looks like

Four ways a business runs. Watch the same 264 customers at every step, and what each one is able to do about them.

Step one

Analog

Paper and a notebook. It holds everything, as long as the person holding it is there.

Step two

Digital

A spreadsheet, and it works. Cheap, reliable, and plenty of real companies run on one for years.

Step three

Software you rent

Built for somebody else, paid for monthly, and most of it never fits what you actually sell.

Step four

Built around you

Your process, your words, with automation and AI on top of it. Nothing you do not use.

Where it lives In one person and one notebook
What it costs Nothing, until they are away
What you do Remember, and hope
Where it lives One file, and it genuinely works
What it costs Almost nothing to run
Where it stops Two people editing at once
What it costs Every month, whether you use it or not
What you get Forty features, nine of them yours
What is missing The thing your business actually sells
What it fits How you already work
What it does The routine, without being asked
What you see What it gave back, in money

Steps one, two and three all work. None of them goes and gets the money. The screens are drawn, not screenshots, and the names and figures in them are made up.

What changes in your business

Four parts, one chain. I work on all of them, and I start where the money is leaking.

Marketing

FOUND, AND UNDERSTOOD

  • Found where they search
  • Ads that report back
  • Answered in seconds
  • Reviews asked for you

Conversion

INTEREST BECOMES SIGNED

  • Quotes the same day
  • A yes or no in minutes
  • Payment without a call
  • Follow-up sends itself

Delivery

DELIVER, AND KEEP THEM

  • Every job on one board
  • No more where-is-it calls
  • Invoices read and filed
  • Your team trained

Operations

THE FLOOR UNDER ALL THREE

  • Nothing typed twice
  • Your rules in the software
  • Numbers you can act on
  • A knowledge base to ask

Pick an area to watch it get built

The tools are the easy part. Knowing which one to point at, and why, is the work.

After it is built

It is written down, so your team runs it without me. Questions, anything broken and the small changes are part of the work until handover.

It does not finish. Close the biggest leak and the next one becomes the biggest. Each one is its own decision, priced before it starts, and you take them one at a time or not at all.

How working together goes

troubleshoot
01

We look for the leak

We find where time and money get lost: your steps, your tools, your handovers.

02

You get a clear offer

A written offer with a fixed scope. You know what you get before we start.

construction
03

I build it in pieces

You get working parts along the way, not one big reveal at the end.

04

I keep it running

I watch it, fix it and improve it, so it keeps working after handover.

How I work

psychology

Learn how the work is done

I look at the real work: who does what, where it goes wrong, what it costs.

I build nothing before the problem is clear.

description

Write it down

Every task becomes a simple written guide: the steps, the rules, the exceptions.

If it only lives in one person’s head, it is not a system yet.

terminal

Build the tool

Software your team can use, not slides: customer systems, dashboards, reports.

AI helps me build it. I check every part myself.

smart_toy

Automate it and hand it over

The repeat work runs on its own. A person steps in when something looks odd.

It is written down, so your team can run it without me.

Who I work with

  • Owner-led companies, roughly 20 to 200 people.
  • Spanish-speaking owners in the United States and Europe. I work in Spanish, English and German.
  • The business is growing faster than the way it is run.
  • The person I talk to can say yes without a committee.
  • You are willing to show me real numbers, not a rough idea.

Your industry is not the filter. Decision speed is. If a small decision needs three meetings and two departments, we would both end up frustrated.

Live events · Europe

An events promoter

How we work: Fixed scope, then ongoing support
Tools: Website in three languages, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram ads

Every ad sent people straight to ticket checkout, so every new event started from zero. Now there is a website in three languages, with a page for each artist and each event. WhatsApp answers the common questions and passes the rest to a person. Every euro spent on ads now brings a ticket sale and a contact that stays.

Tax advisory · Munich

A Munich tax advisory

How we work: Fixed scope, then ongoing support
Tools: Google listing, local search, website in three languages

A rare qualification that almost nobody could find. Now the Google listing is complete and verified. The practice shows up in local Munich searches and in Spanish searches across Germany. It has a website in three languages, entries in the right directories, and a review system that gets checked every month.
