I have worked 10+ years in sales, customer service and making work run better. Mostly at software, IT and finance companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I live in Munich.

Roughly 3.5 years of that was as an account executive in B2B software, closing mid-market deals from the first call to the signature. Today I build the systems that make selling work: the pipeline, the numbers behind the offer, and the follow-up nobody has time for. I sell and work in Spanish, English and German.

I hold an M.Sc. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. My job has always been to connect four groups: the people who run the work, the people who sell, the customers and the tech.

Day to day that means three things. I write down how the work is done. I build systems that keep track of customers. And I use AI to take over the parts nobody should do by hand.
