How I work
I use AI as a tool to work faster. The thinking stays mine.
It helps me write things down, build them and test them. I still decide what gets built, and I check the result.
Learn how the work is done
I look at the real work: who does what, where it goes wrong, what it costs.
I build nothing before the problem is clear.
Write it down
Every task becomes a simple written guide: the steps, the rules, the exceptions.
If it only lives in one person’s head, it is not a system yet.
Build the tool
Software your team can use, not slides: customer systems, dashboards, reports.
AI helps me build it. I check every part myself.
Automate it and hand it over
The repeat work runs on its own. A person steps in when something looks odd.
It is written down, so your team can run it without me.
The tools I use
AI
This is where I build.
Automation
This makes the tools talk to each other.
Where it runs
This is where the finished tools run every day.
This website is an example
I built this site the same way: designed in Stitch, built with Claude Code, put online with Vercel, in three languages from day one.
