Stack
The problem
Mexicans living across Europe were spread over dozens of chat groups. Nobody could find the right people. There was no way to run events. Sponsors and podcast guests were tracked in spreadsheets.
What I built
One app that serves the members and the team at the same time.
- check_circle
It matches members by their goals, their interests and their city, then suggests new connections every night.
- check_circle
Members collect streaks and hidden badges, sign up for events, and nominate and vote for podcast guests.
- check_circle
A community feed with replies and reactions. People get told right away when something happens.
- check_circle
The team side: a sales board you drag cards across, the full history of every contact, one shared inbox, and an import from the tool they used before.
Proof
Ready for daily use: login works across open tabs, new versions load without breaking anything, and a full security review is done. 354 files across 42 pages.
