HOW I ORGANIZE KNOWLEDGE

Making 13,600 notes usable by AI

How I organize knowledge

Problem

13,600 notes that no person ever rereads and no AI can read in full.

Built

Seven generated maps plus a written search rule that ends at exactly one note.

Result

13,600 notes answerable in seconds, with 1,118 topics in the biggest map.

The problem

A collection that big is useless by default. No person ever rereads it. No AI can read all of it either.

What I built

A way to find the right note fast.

  • check_circle

Seven maps of the knowledge, built automatically. The biggest one covers 1,118 topics. Together they work like a map over everything.

  • check_circle

A written rule for searching: start at the index, then the map, then one targeted search, then read exactly one note.

  • check_circle

Safety rules keep it sane: read only by default, never read everything at once, and private files stay out.

Any question can be answered in seconds instead of hours, without ever reading the whole thing.
