My own tools · 15 skills written by hand
The same multi-step work came back every week, and switching between the jobs ate hours.
Small automations that each take one whole job in a single pass.

Stack
The problem
The same multi-step work comes back every week: editing the podcast, building slide decks, fixing bugs, changing the data. Switching between them eats hours.
What I built
A few of the automations:
- check_circle
Podcast: I put in the transcript and get back trailer hooks, an intro script, chapter marks and where the call to action goes.
- check_circle
A converter that turns any tabbed web page into a proper widescreen slide PDF.
- check_circle
A bug fixer that reads the code, finds the cause, fixes it and checks that everything still works.
- check_circle
One line changes the data: it writes the update, adjusts the code around it and sets up the job that runs it.
- check_circle
Jobs that run by themselves: nightly matching, weekly summaries, event reminders, and a sync from sales to delivery.
Proof
Plus an operations advisor that already knows the full picture of the company, so every session starts with the background in place.
