The problem
Rollouts for banks and leasing companies were tracked in people’s heads, in chats and in spreadsheets. Nobody could see the status. Nobody knew how busy the team really was. Every problem arrived as a surprise.
What I built
One screen for the whole rollout operation.

A front page with the key numbers, and a red and amber list of what needs attention today.

A timeline across all clients, week by week. You drag a bar to move it or make it longer.

A page per client with ten tabs, including open problems, meeting notes, and a record of every decision and who signed it off.

Four types of user. Each client’s data stays separate at three levels. A capacity view shows how full the team is each week.

It needs no server at all. It is just files, so it runs on a locked-down work laptop.
Proof
Built to match the approved designs exactly, down to the pixel, using one written set of design rules. First reaction in the internal demo: "How do we get access?"
